Age Concern Brighton Hove & Portslade is holding a local Will Writing Week in partnership with local solicitors across the City from Monday 18 October. The Week aims to highlight:

• The importance of those over 50 having an up-to-date will, even if they do not think of themselves as wealthy.
• That proper legal help to make a will is widely available in the City.
• That if someone feels they want to help local charities, they should state their bequest should be spent for the benefit of people in Brighton & Hove.

The events include bookable places at specialist Q & A sessions about wills at Age Concern BHP’s head office at Seven Dials, a specially extended Will Clinic. Please note that anyone wishing to partake of these services should book through the main office number and be over 50 years of age.

The Age Concern Information & Advice Team will also become mobile during the Week, offering non-legal general advice and information on any other issues you or your older loved ones may have, including benefits and entitlements advice.
