Then come and join The Get Involved Group (GIG) at The Fed Centre for Independent Living. The GIG, a user-led group, brings together Brighton and Hove residents to share experiences and have their voices heard on issues that directly affect them and help to plan the solutions.
You can get involved by:

• Joining the mailing list to receive GIG updates and meeting info
• Attending our meetings (every 6 weeks in central Brighton)
