Morning Hatha Yoga Classes with Stephanie Eastwood

I’m offering weekday morning Hatha Yoga classes on Tuesdays (9.00am) and Fridays (10.15am)

The classes are run on a drop-in basis, suitable for all levels; complete beginner to regular practitioner for £6/£5 with concessions. Please bring your own mat if you have one, as supplies are limited.

The classes start with warming up exercises and Surya Namaskar (salutations to the sun), which is a flow sequence. We then do some Asanas (postures), finishing with Savasana and, time permitting, a short meditation or breathing exercise. The practice aims to take you inwards, quietening the mind, to connect with the body, breath and beyond.

I trained in India with the School of Santhi, RYS 200 and I am a member of the Yoga Alliance.

Calum Thomson  Chi Kung

Thursdays 10.15am – 11.15am

Chi Kung is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space.
