
INGREDIENTS:
50g light brown soft sugar
75g plain flour
75g spelt or wholemeal flour
1 tsp bicarb of soda
½ tsp ground cinnamon
200g mixed fruit and nut
200ml semi skimmed milk
WHAT TO DO:
• Preheat oven to 200oC
• Grease and flour a 900g loaf tin
• Put all the dry ingredients below in a bowl and mix with the milk.
• Pour into the loaf tin
• Bake for one hour
• Lasts for ages and as it gets a bit older is great toasted with butter
