This week we’re with Andy Lynes, food writer for The Times, Telegraph and The Independent and one of the people behind Brighton Best which, well, as it says on their website, Brighton’s Best Restaurants awards were set set up in 2016 to celebrate the city’s dynamic restaurant scene”.
