Most residents in Brighton & Hove are familiar with the lack of housing in the city. While the majority of people find somewhere safe to live, the same can’t always be said of those who are homeless or leaving care. The children’s charity Barnardo’s and a number of Brighton & Hove residents are offering these young people an alternative option with their Supported Lodgings scheme. Barnardo’s Brighton & Hove Link Plus is looking for families to provide occasional care for a disabled child to support their parents to rest and recharge. Could that be you and your family?
We are looking for carers from all parts of our community who are able to provide excellent care for our children who have a disability.
You will receive full professional training and social work support and payment for the care you provide.
