Laughter…

…is the Shortest Distance between the Generations

‘The Artist’ with Jean Dujardin and Bérénice Bejo

On Thursday 14 June there is a free event day at Fabrica Gallery (www.fabricagallery.org.uk) from 11am – 4pm, followed by a cosy evening showing of recent Oscar-winning film The Artist from 6-8.30pm at the bargain price of just £1, with cushions, wine, cocoa and nibbles.

This event will be along the theme of laughter, ‘An exploration of the joys that bind, shared laughter and experience through generations which work across the age divide’ The event is aimed at all, but older people and groups are especially welcome. Seating and a cafe area with free refreshments is available throughout the day, to relax, rest and enjoy the activities, exhibition and short films. This project is part of Fabrica’s Rendezvous – GOA event stream: http://fabrica.org.uk/projects/rendezvous
